All customized sashes are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return or exchange requests

Returns or exchanges will be considered only in cases where the item received was significantly misrepresented. To request approval, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@uniquesashes.com.

Approved returns or exchanges will be processed according to our review and confirmation. Contact us for approval and instructions before sending an item back.
