Unique Sashes LLC operates uniquesashes.com, an online store powered by Shopify. These terms explain how to use our store and place an order. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Using our store
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information. Keep any customer account credentials secure.
Products and prices
Review the product description, images, graduation year, design, quantity, and price before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Product availability and prices may change.
Custom and group orders
Contact us to confirm custom lettering, colors, symbols, quantities, pricing, and timing before placing a custom or group order. Review all design details carefully. Customized sashes are final sale under our Return and Refund Policy.
Group pricing is provided through a confirmed quote and is not automatically applied at checkout. Quoted group-order rates include free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Individual store purchases use their displayed prices and normal shipping rates.
Ordering and delivery
Provide a correct shipping address and a contact email we can use for order questions. If there is an availability, pricing, or order-detail issue, we will contact you to discuss it. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change to an order; we will confirm whether a change is possible.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Customized or temporarily out-of-stock products may require up to four weeks for production and delivery. Share your earliest needed date before placing a time-sensitive order so we can discuss timing. See our Shipping Policy for further details.
Returns and order concerns
Customized sashes are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges are considered only where an item was significantly misrepresented. Contact support@uniquesashes.com within 48 hours of delivery to request approval. See our Return and Refund Policy for instructions.
Website content and privacy
Product photographs, descriptions, logos, and other website content belong to their respective owners. Contact us before reproducing our content for commercial use. Any third-party links are governed by the relevant third party’s policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Check the current terms before placing a new order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
